She also represents clients who have criminal law matters before the Bremerton Municipal Court, Port Orchard Municipal Court, Poulsbo Municipal Court and Bainbridge Island Municipal Court.

Attorney Tracy Flood has been practicing in the field of criminal law and criminal defense for nearly twenty years. She began her criminal law career as a Rule 9 Intern while still in Law School, working with the Pierce County Department of Assigned Counsel, and later with Attorney Ron Ness here in Kitsap County. With over 18 years of experience Attorney Tracy Flood’s career includes her work in criminal law as a criminal law attorney with a prominent law firm in Port Orchard. Early in her career she also served as a public defender before moving to private practice. Not only has she served as a criminal defense attorney in Kitsap, Mason and Pierce Counties, she also worked as Judge pro tem in both Kitsap and King Counties. Her unique experience from both sides of the bar enables her to provide a truly rare and invaluable perspective on how to best protect her clients.
